The time estimated for an order is between 1 and 5 working days if the product is in stock. If the product selected is out of stock we will contact you urgently in order to inform you about the expected time of delivery.
The 21% VAT is included in all the jewellery of the website.

DELIVERIES
The delivery cost is variable depending on the destinations.
PENINSULA OF SPAIN
Free shipping in purchases over 100 €.
For all the purchases under 100 €, the shipping cost is 10 € and the approximate delivery time is 1 working day. The courier is Correos Express.
BALEARIC ISLANDS
The shipping cost is 15€ and the delivery time is 2 working days approximately.
CANARIAS, CEUTA & MELILLA
The shipping cost is 40€ and the delivery time is between 48 and 72 h.
INTERNATIONAL
The European and international destinations will be shipped through express courier with a variable cost depending on the destination (you can check the cost filling the information required). The couriers are UPS, FEDEX or TNT.
Comaposada Joiers is not responsible for any additional costs from the customs duties or the delay in the deliveries because of external causes as well as for wrong or incomplete information of the delivery.
PAYMENTS
You can purchase through credit or debit cards, through the BBVA virtual platform. Your purchase is proceed safely through SSL and TLS protocols.
The purchase is correctly effectuated when we receive the banc confirmation of the payment.
